We specialize in New Construction Cleaning Services! We have Teams of Cleaning Techs that are all Supervised by a Team Lead. Our Team Leads direct each Cleaning Tech on what requirements the client has for each property.. We then follow up with a (QC) Inspection Supervisor. We make sure your property is cleaned right the first time. No matter the size or length of your project we are equipped to handle all of your cleaning needs.

We currently serve the entire Treasure Valley so you can rest assured we can handle all of your Projects, Rental Properties, Offices, and Corporate Headquarters

 

We know all Contractors are different and have different phases of cleaning requirements. At Full Spectrum Cleaners we sit down with you prior to starting on the job site and complete our Construction Clean Checklist. Our Construction Clean Checklist us know and you know exactly what will be done. All Team Leads then have the agreed upon Checklist with them on all cleans.

 

We have three basic types of cleans; Rough Cleans, Final Cleans, and Touch Up Cleans. Some of our clients like it all done in one clean and others prefer using all three cleans. We always make sure to set up each clients cleans to their needs.

New Home Move in Cleans/Touchup

Now that you have your new home its time to get it pre cleaned prior to your moving in. No matter the size we can help. Our cleaning techs will clean the entire home for you or specific locations as instructed by you. We also provide a one time visit or weekly cleaning services to maintain the cleanliness of your new home.

All of our staff are trained, background checked, and professionaly uniformed to company standards.

 

 

Rentals/Apartment Move in/Move Out Cleans

No matter the size of your apartments or apartment complex we can help. We provide weekly cleaning services, one time cleans, and quarterly cleaning services. We not only clean but we also get your apartment rent ready. As part of our rent ready services we provide light bulbs, and filters at an additional cost.
